The motivation which helped FC Barcelona in Rome

What motivates and inspires you to go out on the field each week to play at your highest level? Sometimes we need to use our imagination to bring out those competative juices which help us perform to our highest ability.

I managed to get my hands on the motivational video FC Barcelona Coach, Josep "Pep" Guardiola, used to inspire a magnificent performance in last seasons Champions League Final to defeat Manchester United two goals to nil. The players watched this seven minute video before stepping out onto the field in Rome.

Hi Team! As a few of you know, I like to read graphic novels and thought you guys would like this.

Dynamic stretching/warm up

Hi Team! I just finished off my Community Coaching certification with the BC Soccer Association this weekend with Keith Kelly, so I now have the CCC, CCY, and CCS. I learnt so much which I can not wait to share with you in the upcoming season, with regards to creativity and Dynamic Stretching. I have added a little video below to give you guys an idea of how we shall be stretching before practice and games from now on.

Also a big thank you to Keith Kelly for all the great advice and is also the Technical Director over at Port Coquitlam soccer.
