Homework: The Ronaldinho Elastic

Homework of the week is the Ronaldinho Elastic which was made famous during his time with Barcelona.

The tip is to keep light on your feet by keeping on your toes. So no being flat footed and try a little skipping before attempting this magnificent little trick!

Congratulations to Eric & Matteo!!!

The Canadian Rocks would like to congratulate there fellow team mates Eric de Graaf and Matteo Bordignon on their accomplishments in making this years Provincial team. We wish you both all the success over the upcoming season and hope to see you both back in July!

Just shows how far hard work and dedication can take you.

The Rock Boys are back in town!

This week the blog goes live for the first time in 2010 as the Canadian Rocks look forward to the upcoming summer season. Make sure to check the training sessions and homework to the right as well as voting on this weeks poll question.

A posting shall be made soon with details of the winter team tryouts including the various metro teams. The Canadian Rock U13 tryouts for this team shall also be posted soon so stay tuned!
