The motivation which helped FC Barcelona in Rome

What motivates and inspires you to go out on the field each week to play at your highest level? Sometimes we need to use our imagination to bring out those competative juices which help us perform to our highest ability.

I managed to get my hands on the motivational video FC Barcelona Coach, Josep "Pep" Guardiola, used to inspire a magnificent performance in last seasons Champions League Final to defeat Manchester United two goals to nil. The players watched this seven minute video before stepping out onto the field in Rome.
